General Home Inspections
A general home inspection by HomeRite Real Estate Inspections is an independent, unbiased review and report on a home's systems, components and their condition. Consumers and real estate professionals should expect no less than full professionalism, education, competence, credentials, knowledge, and courtesy.
A detailed home inspection usually takes two to three hours or longer, depending on the home's age and square footage. We recommend that you be present at your home inspection so that you can ask your inspector any questions and to look at any areas needing maintenance or repair.
Baltimore County Maryland Rental Inspections
In December 2007, Baltimore County Maryland passed a law requiring landlords to register their rental properties and also have them licensed. By January 1, 2009, all properties must be registered with Baltimore County Maryland and have passed an inspection by a Maryland licensed home inspector. We can offer this service to any landlord on a per unit basis.

The good new is that Radon levels can be tested and elevated radon levels can be reduced. (AllPro Radon Services Company DEP # #2677)

A public water supply company must test its water by state mandate to assure that it is safe to drink. Some contaminants in well water can be E-Coli bacteria, elevated bacteria, Elevated Lead, elevated Nitrates/Nitrites (this can lead to Blue-Baby Syndrome) to petroleum contaminants. Contact us for well water testing.
Mold can develop quickly, often within 24 hours if conditions are ideal for mold growth. The health affects of mold exposure are related to mold spores and mold toxins. Mold becomes a health concern when spores become airborne and are inhaled. Mold is generally divided into three groups based on their health effects: Allergenic, Pathogenic, or Toxic.
